Jumping in midstream
But then that should be appropriate for me. So, I had the inspection this afternoon for the first house I’ve ever tried to buy. I love the house, I’m iffy on location. I decided I could live with it. I expected a fairly mundane inspection. I was wrong. Though it didn’t really hit me while I was there, I’m now rather freaked by all the stuff they found, and therefore the location issues become more a concern again. This stuff is really hard.
Current decision:
Demand they fix *all* of the difficult/expensive stuff.
They agree: I’m happy.
They don’t: I walk.
So, either I wind up with the house I believed I had before, or I get to start over, perhaps take my time, wait for another house I love for different reasons, start the painful process all over again.
If it’s meant to be, it’s meant to be.
So, the first entry for Indecisive Ramblings is me being decisive. Hmmm…

How very independent of you to be decisive on your page of indecisiveness.
