Spot the flaw

So far I’m coming up pretty empty. I can’t figure out why this house is only $369,000.

My best guesses so far are the location on 3rd or the finished basement bedroom maybe being only a semi-reasonable bedroom. Otherwise, it’s seems really inexpensive for what it has compared to what I’ve been looking at.

A big ugly orange truck

I had to pick up a rental car this morning. It’s all on the repair shop since they are having to do a warranty repair. At the rental company, they didn’t even ask what kind of vehicle I wanted when they walked me out to the big ugly orange Chevy Colorado 4 door truck parked on the street outside. I’m pretty sure that even if I liked orange I wouldn’t like this orange.

Have I mentioned how NOT a big fan I am of driving large vehicles? Like that my compact Protege felt huge to me when I bought it because it was so much bigger than my Metro? Yeah, I’m having a blast today. I was commended on my parking skills though. This was based on how it looks parked. They didn’t see how many attempts it took to get there in the compact space I had to park in.

I’m hoping to get my little car back on Thursday. That’s the earliest I can hope for. Until then, now might be the time for me to make that run to pick up some wood chips/mulch…
